"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well.
I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...
"We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing, we wanted to stay longer! The food is delicious (some of our best meals were at hotel), service is excellent, beach is wonderful. They are beyond accommodating regarding food restrictions and allergies and make modifications AND remember your restrictions. Staff will serve food and drinks at beach. We had a delicious welcome cake at arrival. The ONLY thing was the plunge pool the room has is not heated. I hope to come back!"
"Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful.
Reason for 3 stars:
The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants.
Beyond these 2...
"Todo estuvo muy bueno, la atención, el personal, la comida y las diferentes actividades que ofrecen, lo mejor de todo es su jefe Aqua, siempre muy amable y servicial."
"We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!"
"We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort.
However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and...
"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Leider ist in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass die günstigste Zimmerkategorie ggf. kein Fenster besitzt. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit der Rezeption wurden wir aber nach einer Nacht kostenfrei umgezogen und hatten dann ein Zimmer mit Balkon."
"What can I say the hotel was excellent along with the amazing views. All the stuff was helpful and sweet. They even offered to make us pack lunch to take with us on our excursion which was at 7am. We did have to inform them night before and they remembered who was vegi too. I would definitely recommend and would be looking to rebook with them. A+++"
"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"
"we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hilton Chania. The corner room we had with sauna and sea views was so incredible that we changed our flights to stay an extra night. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the location was very conveniently located close walking distance to the main town along the water. The sunsets from the roof top bar were insanely gorgeous and the outdoor and indoor pool were perfect for sunny and rainy conditions.
We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you...
"Charming property ideally located for exploring the old town. On arrival it was a short walk from the taxi through the pedestrian streets but a member of staff was waiting to guide us and assist with the bags. It was October and the main restaurant was only open for breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants very nearby."
