"Die Lage ist fantastisch, wunderschön gelegen am Fluss mit vielen lauschigen Nischen zum Relaxen. Wir hatten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon, doch es gab leider nur einen großen Nachteil: Es stank die ganze Zeit nach Abwasser, da direkt neben dem Haus das Abwasser in den Fluß geleitet wird. Außerdem ist das Haupthaus sehr hellhörig und man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch vom Zimner darüber. Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage und sehr empfehlenswert."
"The location next a very nice beach was its best feature. However, we were put into a room in a building that was not attached to the hotel proper rather than in a room in the actual hotel. But the staff was very responsive to our requests for a small refridgerator. And the beach was very nice. All in all, a nice stay."

Main problem: Place was incredibly noisy. Cafeteria/bar in the center echoes like crazy. Lobby was like an amplifier too. Good luck sleeping. Booked two nights, left after one night where I got like three hours rest. Could tell it was gonna be too noisy right off the bat and asked for a refund on second night before the first nights sleep but they ignored the request. Better off staying in town and walking or...
"Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children."
"This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case....
