Had a great stay, courteous staff, clean, quiet with nice views of the lake.

Beautiful property in the middle of nature. The gardens and pool were very nice. The food was excellent and a family favorite of all our travels this trip, including Mumbai. Bangalore, and Chennai. Staff very helpful, we forgot my daughters earrings there and the night receptionist, Mr. Kuku, was kind enough to mail/post it to a relative in India. The food manager was also exceptional, very concerned about our food needs and even packed a breakfast meal because we had to checkout early...

Well maintained grounds, beautiful gardens and paths and the construction is fashioned as traditional Kerala home villas. This is a must stay property. Food was good and they have lots of activities for the families. The staff is pleasant but not uniformly friendly and not everyone is attentive as other places. I feel they could work on this piece. It seemed some were not happy working at the property and were just getting by. All that being said, I would return to this resort and wish I could...

I was really amazed by the service and attention to detail. The resort is teeming with natural beauty and I enjoyed the beach as well. Overall it was amazing.

Nice location

Such a delightful property. The staff was outstanding, took care of our every need. Complimentary brownies for each of us on the day we left with bon voyage written on the plate, how thoughtful, thank you very much! Lovely spacious rooms, pools were excellent. Perfect peaceful break, note that there isn't much in the way of games or activities, this is a place for peace and tranquility, not for activities. Will certainly return. Note: the superior villas are on the first floor, not ground...

Hotel is very nice, service is good only if you ask for it. First day, we had everything complimentary water, towels, toilet paper. Second day, they forgot to give us more water, third day forgot to give us towels, forth day there was no toilet paper,- each time we would call them and they would bring it in 10 minutes- but for a 5 star hotel, you think they would think of these stuff and save you the time and drama

The most amazing staff and service I have ever seen in thousands of night stayed globally. The property is new and excellent. The bar has no alcohol though.

From the minute we entered the hotel we were in love. The hotel is beautiful the staff is professional and extremely attentive. The hotel is in a great location and all the amenities are state of the art. I rarely write reviews but I so pleased with my stay I told myself I will write one to assist others looking for a hotel in Kochi to stay in. Take my word book this hotel you will not regret it. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the staff had some lovely surprises waiting for us....

Would highly recommend this hotel to others, as it is very conveniently located along Marine Drive (and thus near sightseeing, Kerala backwaters cruises and shopping downtown) and offers excellent hospitality services. When we stayed, there were couples, families and business-types and everyone truly enjoyed their stay. In addition, they offer a complimentary daily backwaters cruise, and a full buffet breakfast and dinner (at an additional charge) that includes both local cuisine and...

Great place. Had a goo psrty for New Year.. Aymaan and staff was really helpful and considerate.

This was our second stay at the Casino, ten days this time a week last visit. Everything was as as we remembered. The staff could not have been more helpful on any of our requests. Even an oddball inquiry about an Ayurvedic concoction the Dr. had suggested for a misbehaving tummy was greeted with a smile by Maria. All three parts started arriving in a few minutes as if they were a regular menu item. We will be returning to the Casino for our next Cochin visit.

Enjoyed very much our 3 nights in the hotel
