"The hotel is very good, amenities, and food also very good. The weak point is customer service and maintenance. It took 24 hrs for maintenance to respond to a request for an AC problem. When I was at the front desk complaining another 2 families also had complaints ( one of them with little kid)"

"Tudo perfeito e um excelente atendimento. Funcionários fazem a pousada ficar ainda mais perfeita. Super recomendo."

"The lady who welcomed us was very nice. We didn’t get to use the common areas as we didn’t want to stay the night. The A/C works fine, but that about the only thing nice we can say about the rooms."

"Como sempre, VilaGoa um lugar maravilhoso!"
