"Unfortunately, most of the staff members were not particularly friendly or welcoming, especially on our arrival day. The overall atmosphere often felt cold rather than hospitable. In particular, the blonde spa manager came across as arrogant and dismissive. She rarely acknowledged guests, did not greet people, and often avoided eye contact, which is disappointing in a hospitality setting where guests expect a warm welcome."

"Von unserem drei Tage Aufenthalt waren wir leider etwas enttäuscht. Pro: Personal war freundlich und das Essen wirklich ausgezeichnet. Contra: Sauna wurde oft erst auf Anfrage eingeschaltet, Dampfbad und Wasserspender waren dauerhaft schmutzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Klimaanlage war trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage ausgeschaltet und das bei 26 Grad Zimmertemperatur! Bett war sehr weich und mit dicken Kissen leider sehr unbequem zum schlafen. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen,...
