"This is a great hotel in a great location with a perfect beach and pool area. The location is quite remote so you do rely on hotel catering for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options. The a la carts dinner menu however I found quite limited and given the prices average. "We had a really good family holiday here, with great food and drinks. Our kids loved the bikes and playing on the beach, pools were warm and plenty to keep them amused. My only small critism would be consistency of service across the restaurants. Overall, fabulous holiday "

"While the resort is tidy and neat, the beach is rocky and not swimmable. Pool was clean. Cleaning lady only came once during our 4day stay. Hair found on buffet food items twice on different occasions. Had to call for clean towels and toiletries. NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH OR GREEK!! Don’t even know what language staff spoke. Oh. The resort is a 35$ ride from port so rent a car!!"

But when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us that they knew we were coming late, so they had prepared some sandwiches for us in case we were hungry!!! "When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot!
