"This was our first time in India! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and checked in on us regularly. They even helped us coordinate with the airport when our baggage was lost! The room was bright and airy and clean! They provided ample water in the room and replenished it each day! We visited the restaurant several times and it was delicious every time. The spa was relaxing and lovely, we got massages.if we needed a taxi they helped us get one, even from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived via e-mail! Overall they made us feel very welcome in a new place! Thank you, Malika & Nithin for all of your help throughout our stay! "

"Description does not match with reality. Under Staffed and no courtesy from staff, rooms are not clean and below par conditions. The amount they charged and service we got has no correlation. Will not recommend this hotel and will not prefer in future"

"The staff were magnificent, all very helpful especially amen in the breakfast area. Food was great high quality with a good selection of European and Indian dishes. The facilities in the room were good with access to English language films and sport. It was a bit away from everywhere else and there could have been better facilities on the beach as the sea did look inviting. On the whole thumbs up all round. It is what I expect from a 5 star hotel. "
