"When traveling hot water is a must and this hotel has great hot water! Delicious food- the classic burger, patacones, and house hot sauce are SO YUM. The staff are eager to ensure you have an excellent stay. Beautiful infinity pool view. Minor inconvenience… no balcony furniture. City stay inconvenience… you are literally in the city- located between apartments and condos, so when you are by the pool there will be dogs barking, power washers cleaning, and construction hammering, etc…. Note- There was a bandaid and tooth flosser by our pool lounger which the staff addressed once we notified them but would have preferred it to already been clean & not present before arrival to pool."
