"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. We believe it was because we paid at a lower price six months ago and the current price went up. They over booked and they decided to cancel ours so I they can offer our rooms...

"The Tallasso experience was unfortunately not lived up to the fullest due to not having much of a guided experience during the spa which is the main amenity here. The pools and cave itself were very impressive and relaxing however, no staff were there to help guide us, only one person to show us the area but then it’s very independent from there forward.
