"The hotel is conveniently located. Had problems with internet but fixed day 2. Nice place Do not recommend Eco tours located at hotel. Took expensive scooter tour and felt unsafe. Decided to quit for safety sake. The guide was good but left the manager to pick up scooter and left me in a park high above city alone. The manager came to pick up scooter and was abandoning me in the park. I asked about a taxi and he said it was not his fault. I did not ask for refund just a taxi back to hotel....

"Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room."

"The hotel is in great location and my room was great. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not welcoming (understand this is a Czech thing) and utterly careless. Did not provide the wake-up call I requested and mishandled airport taxi order for my friends."
