"We went a last minute 3 day stay to Barcelo Palms and we were delighted with our stay.
We had an issue with our balcony having a poor restricted view but the room itself was wonderful so I asked for a change of room if possible I spoke to Anastasia at the front desk and she was so helpful and obliging she sorted an additional room for us which was perfect and we were extremely grateful for the service she provided nothing was a problem very friendly girl great attribute to the Barcelo Group we...
