"Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. "⸻ I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I lost my phone and credit card and informed the staff, yet I was forced to wait outside my room for three hours before being allowed to pay. Eventually, I found my items but was charged an extra $400, despite already paying $1,450 for the stay and over $2,000 on food and drinks. The staff treated me disrespectfully, making me feel like a criminal rather than a guest. I do not recommend this hotel"

"This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back."
