"This is our third stay at the pullman aerocity. The room and facilities are great. I would however say that we were disappointed with the executive floor lounge. Various drinks (spirits) had run out and instead of just restocking we were asked if we wanted them to try and restock.... We were also called in our room on day 2 to say we had to go to reception to sign something for our 2nd night, then told we had...

"The stay was good but the hotel staff was giving contradictory information - upon my check in, I was told to have access to the lounge, but then the card did not work for the lounge floor. Upon my inquiry at the front desk, one confirmed my access the other one did not. I would expect more professionalism. I use this hotel for years but they will need to better train staff. "
