" The spa part of this hotel is probably their highlight and in all fairness we did not use the spa services. The hotel is very dated and can’t begin to understand how it is rated as 5 star. Lighting system in room is ridiculous. Sink is in bedroom, shower has a shade for privacy, which is zero. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean but walk through the front door knowing that everything is an up-charge. Want to use the pool, make an appointment and pay 25 euros to use it for an 1.5 hours....
