"very well maintained hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. the restaurants were good and the bar had nice hot and cold drinks options. the staff were always smiling, and very nice and helpful, especially Jennifer. the hotel is conveniently also located close to the university and hospital, so it can be ideal if you have frequent trips there, although it can be quite expensive."

Sadly a few things didn't meet expectations: very poor wifi signal that regularly dropped out across multiple devices in multiple places in the hotel. The gym equipment was very limited and what was available was broken. Our rooms air conditioner was broken which meant we needed to move rooms. The staff were very good about this. "
