We had a magical stay on the property."

"This was right in the middle of Old Town so very walkable to shops and restaurants. Great location, beautiful and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful. They will call a taxi for you. The breakfast is now by menu and was excellent! The waitstaff were very kind and professional. We enjoyed the bar area. There are umbrellas available for customer use. My only suggestion would be for better appetizers and food to order from the bar area. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Stunning! Beautifully styled hotel both inside and out. Loved our room 215, no balcony but with huge windows opening out onto the street with morning sunrise too. Staff were amazing, reception and concierge were friendly and extremely professional and helpful; bar and restaurant staff were lovely. Really clean, lovely finishings, fab food, great cocktails, great room service for coffee too. Would I change or improve anything, no chance, everything perfect as it is. "

"What a fabulous hotel! The staff is amazing! From reception to restaurant, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They make you feel at home! The location of the hotel is the best. 3 minutes walk to the State Opera and walking distance to most attractions. Our room was street facing. A tram station is right outside but you could not tell when inside, the room was so quiet! We dined at the Glasswing restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about it! The food was amazing!
