Fora do padrão.

"Our room was dark The room smells damp The amenities are dated and needs Renovation Rooms not sound proof ; if you are in the downstairs room , you will hear most of what is happening in the upstairs room Safe was broken and got fixed temporarily Breakfast was fine Best “moqueca de peixe “ I’ve eaten so far. The staff is great , very welcoming. Polite and helpful"

3) A iluminação à noite no apartamento fica a desejar."

"The hotel is very good, amenities, and food also very good. The weak point is customer service and maintenance. It took 24 hrs for maintenance to respond to a request for an AC problem. When I was at the front desk complaining another 2 families also had complaints ( one of them with little kid)"

"O hotel é fantástico. Instalações novas, equipe extremamente receptiva e prestativa. Restaurante, piscina, área Kids, quarto, tudo muito bem estruturado!

"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Any issues we had were resolved promptly. My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous."
