"I’m going there a couple of times as a couple we went there with all of our children. Five of them stayed in two rooms and it was comparable to a motel six. Needless to say the staff was less than helpful and accommodating, and there was never any intention to rectify how poorly the rooms were on the fourth floor. "Great hotel with great staff"

"Stayed here last year and it was exceptional. This time service just missed the mark. Tried calling front desk multiple times with little to no help. One time the call got disconnected and they didn’t even bother calling back. Front desk staff that checked us in was a little sassy and commentary not appreciated. Staff (from my experience last year) was kind courteous and very friendly. May explore other options next year."

"The staff at the Trump Hotel, Central Park, West,New York City, are consummate professionals. Situated just across from New York Central Park in Midtown, location is great. And I believe it has very good price/value relationship. It’s also nice to have a nice pool for laps in New York City."

"Excellent hotel in a great central location. The room was great and the view of Times Square was exceptional. We didn’t eat at the hotel or visit the bar so can’t comment on those, but would definitely stay again and plan these in to our time in New York. The staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to issues with our initial flight out. Couldn’t fault the customer service and would highly recommend staying here. My wife and I stayed for one evening for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is exceptional, too. Spending money at The Pierre is well worth it.
