Everything was perfect. There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed. We stayed at Hotel am Steinplatz for a week. The Hotel is great, great location, Great Breakfast, restaurant and Bar. The staff are very helpful and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Hotel itself has a great story and it's where most of the famous German actors were staying and had their parties. Everything was great.

Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

Enjoyed a spacious corner suite with lots of natural sunlight. We were on the 4th floor the soundproofing was great. We did not hear the hustle & bustle of city streets unless we opened the windows. Hotel is located conveniently across the street from S-bahn and U-bahn Zoologischer Garten ... and also grocery stores, shops, restaurants & post office. Delicious breakfast with extensive buffet.

Flawless experience at Louisa's place. Enjoyed very much my stay there, from the professional welcome at the reception and the sense of attention and care by all the staff. Location is also a big plus, on Berlin Ku'damm and close to main bus and subway stations. I would not stay anywhere else next time. I did not try the restaurant there however because of the big choice of restaurants around and also because of the equipped kitchen

This is definitely one of my best experiences in traveling to Europe. What a beautiful setting, convenient and so close to all of the museums and attractions. You can walk over to fine restaurants, concerts and art exhibitions at the Museum Island. The weather was perfect in August. The city is full of history, art and culture. The people were so friendly wherever we went, and the food was exquisite just about any restaurant the we ate.

The apartment was a great place to stay. It was very clean and the safe next store was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent too. We were very close to the train and and many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very well located and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Twin rooms had larger than usual beds.

We only stayed one evening, but the hotel was convenient to the Hbf and metro and easily walkable to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were accommodating with luggage storage when we needed it after checkout. Would stay at this property again.

Perfect for visiting the Christmas markets or anything else in central Berlin. The U2 and U6 Stadtmitte subway stops are practically out the front door. REWE grocery store, several bakeries, Starbucks, and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity.
