"Lobby is too crowded, like Grand Central. Our room was on 13th floor, can hear traffic noise. Front desk made a mistake w our rooms eventho I called in the am to provide specific instructions. Parking is outrageous ($60 per night w hotel discount).
Easy access yo SL1 bus!"
"Friendly staff at check-in, a well-stocked room off the lobby filled with complimentary candies (and to-go bags!), and charmingly-designed rooms made this a lovely stay. The location off Harvard Square made getting to and from the hotel so easy."
"Great location and nice view from the room overlooking the park. However, the property is mismanaged. 4 days with most basic issues every day. Nice staff but they need training."
"Your staff is Five star! Hotel needs updating badly. My far the worst Four Seasons we have stayed in.
On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 in the morning had room service and it was an edible. Your staff indicated they would remove the charges, but I see we were still charged for them as well."
"Spent a sister’s weekend at XV Beacon. The staff, the service, the amenities were all impeccable!
Everyone was quick to offer locale cuisine, walking directions and adventure recommendations.
Even more impressive was when we were pressed for time, the staff graciously boxed our incredible Mooo meal from the flagship restaurant and delivered it to our room. What a wonderful spread to come “home” to.
Our room was spectacular and intimate. Great space to enjoy with any loved one; including a...
"Exceptional property and staff. The staff takes pride of the property and what they offer. As if this is their home and they are happy we've come to visit. We loved every minute of it!"
"The apartment was perfect! Clean, beds are super comfy, kitchen had everything you needed.
Downside...had Amazon orders that I thought you would dropped off inside the front door but there is a mail room, you need a key pass to access the room. Found out when I seen the delivery truck pulled up outsisde and was unloading packages in a door next to the front entrance.
Uber drivers constantly going to the building down from this unit, which is a different address #....be sure to state that it is...
"Check in and checkout process was horrendous. Doesn’t help that service near the VIRTUAL check in area is almost non-existent . Pictures look better than the rooms themselves. Area is fine the rooms are standard an okay. Never would I refer to this place as luxurious. It took 2 hours for me to check in and I had to call the service desk since the access codes never worked for the keys. When I was checking out and had to go to a train we were held for 30 minutes because. Once more, the virtual...
