"We stayed here in 2023 and the hotel was wonderful. I’m not sure what happened in the last 3 years but the hotel hallways and rooms are falling apart. The lobby, pool, and beach are wonderful but the guest rooms are in DESPERATE need of a makeover. They’re dirty, worn out, and the worst part of all is the AWFUL musty mold smell in the rooms. You can literally see black mold in the air conditioning vents (see photos) and the smell is so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. I had to switch rooms 3...

"I enjoyed the four outdoor pools which included the adults only pool near the hot tub which was also near a tanning area that included water to cool off your feet, the main pool (family friendly) and the infinity pool. Although the room was smaller, it was nice and the bathroom was decently sized with a full size mirror. I paid for an ocean view which I could barely see the ocean, I learned my lesson on that and will pick the basic room next time. Overall, it was a great experience, the staff...
