"Rooms felt quite dated and smelt a bit of damp. Service and breakfast were decent but nothing special. View of outdoor pool was nice."

"The rooms are clean, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food and shopping options nearby can be limited later in the day."

"Excellent hotel, clean, new, staff speak english, location is good."

"Great hotel, clean rooms and nice breakfast"

"The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel."

"I complained about the issue with bidet and it was never taken care."

"Very new,clean,service very 👍."

"Great location near the bay and the malls, and the housekeeping and front desk teams were genuinely warm and helpful. The hotel itself is dated and would benefit from a refresh, and breakfast service was a letdown. No one to clean the buffet area and food replenishment was slow. Good people up front, weak hardware and weak dining service."
