"The price of the hotel is a mid range however the room, the facility and the breakfast is high end. When I first entered the room, the decorations and the furnishings and the ambiance feel like home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with several healthy options. The hotel made my trip to Sapa very memorable and made me want to plan to go back."
"Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war viel und gut und Abendessen, genauso was man dazu buchen konnte. Nur der Baulärm von anderen Hotels war zu laut, dass man nicht auf dem Balkon oder auf der Terrasse des Zimmers sitzen konnte."
"We absolutely loved our stay at KK Sapa Hotel! Our room was incredible, featuring a stunning, unobstructed mountain view that made waking up every single morning a treat.
The service here is next level. A massive shoutout to Kevin, who went above and beyond to help us out—even on his day off, he was responsive and happy to answer all our questions via WhatsApp.
The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet has a huge, delicious variety with plenty of options to choose from. We even...
"The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!"
"The hotel is actually quiet ok, the location is secluded with views of valley which was quiet good. However the road leading to the hotel is always filled with traffic. The roads are narrow and cars, buses tend to stop by at the road side making"
"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...
"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
"Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....
