"Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch.
