"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out...

"Our recent stay at ME Milan left us with mixed feelings. The hotel itself has a new and modern feel, which initially gave us high hopes. We stayed in a Superior ME room, and while it was adequately sized, it felt somewhat tight. The room lacked sufficient surfaces to place our belongings, including in the bathroom, where space was extremely limited. One major issue we encountered was the poor air conditioning. "Wonderful place to stay. The staff is beyond courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Anything you need to ask, they will help. Restaurant was delightful. There were multiple dining options that were walkable from the property and if not, staff would call a cab for you that would immediately pull up. Room was clean and modern. Had a lovely view of downtown. Can’t say enough about the people that work there. They made sure you were cared for at all times. "

"Cant beat this location. Hotel fabulous, especially dining room ambience and view into Galleria, only downside was noise in Galleria late at night from people walking through because of echo in there….not the hotel’s fault of course."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We loved the room, a junior suite, the breakfast was amazing, and we ate both lunch and dinner which were terrific. The bar was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional, and always available to help. The concierge Walter got us tickets to La Scala for a performance that was officially listed as sold out. "
