"I lost my phone so i was relying to the itinerary i sent to my friends. When we arrived and presented all our passports, the person at the desk said we have no reservations. I have no way of presenting any reservation number, emails, etc. The desk told us to try the other radisson blu. So we were dragging our luggages on the cobblestones to the other hotel. As expected, our names cant be found coz i booked from the previous one. We were so tired, disappointed, frustrated. We couldnt do...

"Im Zimmer waren der Kühlschrank kaputt , zu wenig Handtücher und der Verdunklungs Vorhang kaputt. Bei dem inbegriffen Frühstück musste man den Kaffee bezahlen. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug so das man seine Koffer bis in denn obersten Stock tragen muss."
