"Facility was fantastic, obviously not a cheap place to stay. Shuttle vans take your throughout the resort, for the most part are timely. Included breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Stayed in Luxury Villa 304 which had a ocean view and gorgeous, but FYI was not private as Villa 302 was next door and we could see onto each other's patio."

"The property is absolutely beautiful with large villas on the hill and shuttle services to take you from the villa to the lobby, beach, restaurants and all the amenities on the resort. We had a one bedroom 2 bathroom villa with living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, large patio with pool and spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. The staff is very friendly, the beach is beautiful. Non motorized water services with lots of fun options. The food in the restaurant is average and it gets pricey if...

"The staff was really helpful, especially the concierge. Angel was great; she helped me with my activities and planned my birthday dinner. I can’t complain about anyone there, though the portion sizes could be better."

"If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it...

"Jade Mountain greatly exceeded all of my expectations. I enjoy the quiet environment as well as the cleanliness of the property. My Major Domos were always available to escort me throughout the property as well as provide assistance to things I asked for. Everyone is a true professional and the dinner I had last night (Rainbow fish or something like that) was so good that I ordered a second slice of fish. Hopefully, I'm able to return to the property in the near future."

"This resort was perfect. Staff was super friendly, and they had everything you could need. Service was quick enough, and it really did feel like paradise. The swim up bars were perfect, and bartenders were very cool and knew how to make everything"

"This accommodation was excellent, really clean and comfortable. It features its own pool and conveniently located a local supermarket for easy supplies. The hosts could not have been more helpful and would assist with planning our excursions and also assist with transport. One of the hosts was so knowledgeable, kind and funny making our stay in St Lucia an amazing and memorable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had some amazing memories that we will cherish forever and...
