The room was spacious with a very large bathroom with great lighting and perfect for sharing with a friend. The location on the Thames was perfect, near the London Eye, great shopping, restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"

"If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely...
