"Hotel hätte viel Potenzial.
Personal sollte an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten, ausgenommen Rezeption.
Essen war ok, meistens kalt/lauwarm.
Am Strand nur 10 Liegen, keine Möglichkeit zu Getränken zu kommen.
Zimmer ziemlich alt.
Trotz All Inclusive, nicht mal Wasser in der Minibar!"
"Lindos Grand is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, with very good facilities and a wonderful beach. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere did not live up to the hotel itself.
We found some staff unfriendly and at times felt looked down on rather than welcomed. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the atmosphere lacked warmth and even many of the guests seemed to walk around looking rather miserable.
One experience summed this up. We told a member of staff we were going to a supermarket...
"This resort is as good or better than advertised. Our room was impeccable. The private pool, although not a must, was super convenient. The water is on the cool side, so be ready for a true refreshing plunge.
The private beach is super quiet and welcoming. The pebble beach was unique to us but we really enjoyed it.
We took the package for breakfast meals included. I highly recommend. Although a buffet style, please remove any pre conceived ideas. Not a normal choice of ours, but this is truly...
"Beautiful hotel. Newly opened, decor and furnishings are very modern. Rooms very clean. Spa was fantastic, restaurants were great. Good selection at breakfast (just one morning where order didn’t turn up but staff were very apologetic).. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Felt like as it’s a new hotel they were still finding a rhythm…"
"We were upgraded to a room with a pool, which was lovely. Great beach area with lots of sunbeds and beautiful location. We didn’t have a car but it was fairly easy to get a taxi to go into Lindos and back."
"Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality
This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category.
The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. Despite bringing the pest issue to their attention, there was no proper response or serious effort to address the problem....
"Thank you Katerina and everyone at the Lindos Blu for organising and helping to make our holiday just perfect! We will definitely return.
Every member of Staff were so lovely and welcoming highly recommend 100%"
"We hadden een fantastische vakantie met 2 kinderen van 5 en 2 jaar!
Heel proper hotel, lekker eten, leuke animatie voor kinderen.
Comfortabele bedden."
"Just returned from a week stay at Mitsis Rodos Village. Absolutely faultless! Fabulous staff, great restaurants and very good cocktails. Nothing was too much of an ask. We will be back!"
"We were half board and the breakfast and evening meals were superb. Very friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. The hotel was very laid back and relaxing. The lovely outdoor pool was always quiet and we also used the indoor pool and sauna which were included at no extra charge, unlike other hotels we have used. All in all, highly recommend."
"The hotel was immaculate but the biggest standout was the staff, extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They also provided 2 complimentary bottles of wine and some other bits"
