"The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying 2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. The services could be a bit more considerate but I enjoyed that, if there are improvements, think...

"We had a 3 night stay here in May and would recommend. We booked a twin room which had 2 huge beds and a great bathroom. Room was cleaned well each day. Swimming pool area is a great place to relax. It’s not the biggest pool but still lovely for a dip, and there are great views across the city. Downstairs restaurant, Botanica and Co serves nice food, spring chicken is recommended. It’s only 6 stops to the city centre on the team which is directly opposite the hotel. Would I stay here again?...

"The hotel was great and I've no complaints except the location was not too convenient. It takes about 15 minutes walk to and from a train station. The hotel offers complimentary pickup and drop off at the KL Sentral, but the last pickup from the KL Sentral was about 5:30pm. "
