"The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. "Lovely and helpful staff at this unique Bordeaux hotel. Restaurant is wonderful. Note that if you book a Jacuzzi room, it isn’t just a larger room with a jacuzzi tub, but a room with an actual jacuzzi hot tub. Also you will be in a windowless room next to the pool where privacy will only be obtained when your blinds are closed."
