The hotel wasn't overly busy during our stay so we were upgraded to a canal view room. the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with, which probably isn't the hotel's fault but the way they do things in Europe, is one night our room was too cold for our comfort and they told us they couldn't change the thermostat because they were on summer mode. ...

Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town.
