Jean Paul from Bahia was super. Maricar from villa conrinthia was great. Staff from summer garden was very good. In room dining was excellent also with Niko providing a wonderful service. One of my best hotel stays. "

"We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end."

"Nice quirky boutique hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Room was spacious and comfy. Had a leaking shower and didn't get clean towels some days (despite having to use them to clean up the water that leaked). Spa facilities were good but the staff were a little disorganised but all got resolved in the end. Pool area was simple but nice. Shout out to Jeffrey who helped us with a smashed bottle one night and could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our time here."
