This was one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. The onsen was incredibly beautiful, clean, and serene, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food especially stood out as one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan. I highly, highly recommend this onsen!

I stayed two nights here to see magome and tsumago. The hotel was the best hotel of my trip in Japan offering traditional japanese breakfast and dinner as well as a wonderful onsen. The staff was incredible and kind helping me even though I cannot speak Japanese. I cannot recommend this Hotel enough if you are planning on visiting this part of the Nakasendo Trail.

We very much enjoyed this hotel with a nice onsen facilities and included buffet dinner and breakfast with lots of food options. Clean, modern tatami room. Most guests are Japanese families and couples

I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The spa was highly special, unique, and magical. Our room was spectacular and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. We feel very lucky to have found this place. The food is not just dinner and breakfast, but a culinary experience. Everything tasted amazing, we tried so many new things. Highly highly recommend.

Great place. As billed. Food was meh. Onsen was fantastic. If you’re a guy, you get access to a big barrel sauna. If you’re a gal, you’re out of luck—their culture, their rules. Nice place though. Great rooms, any amenities you can imagine available for use—robes, slippers, air purifiers, humidifiers, even little bitty crocs for kids. Good location, short stroll to Kozenji Temple. Overall I’d recommend it.

Beautiful vista, food was great (strongly recommend doing a dinner reservation AND a breakfast reservation) owner was extremely kind and generous. He spoke better English than I spoke Japanese, which made it extremely easy to meet in the middle. 10/10 experience.

The staff is very friendly. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. There is a small refrigerator available; make sure to turn on the dedicated switch to power up the refrigerator. A yutaka is available for use. The hotel has a nice bathhouse! There are washing machines & dryers available on site. The breakfast is amazing- a large selection to choose from. The hotel has a restaurant. The closest restaurant outside the hotel is a Yoshinoya.
