"Overall, the stay was a bit disappointing for what we paid. From the start, It was bizarre that we were shown an additional room as a potential upgrade, yet it was actually worse than the original room. It felt more like an exercise in creating a perception of value and ended up being a waste of time.

"Firstly, one has to mention how welcoming and helpful the front of house staff and team were. Nothing asked was too much trouble. Anezka, Eduardo, marianna and others were first class and super genuine.
I would have liked to see more of a lounge area for guests to use in the daytime and evening before dinner.
The room and hotel in general was immaculately clean and tidy. It is always pleasant when staying in 5 star hotels when the breakfast and service is actually on par.

"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "
