"The Hotel de la Reconquista is undeniably beautiful. Its historic architecture and regal atmosphere give the impression of a luxurious five-star experience. Unfortunately, once you start noticing the details, the charm quickly fades. "i really don’t understand how this hotel was a 5 star hotel - it looked like a 2 star hotel. It was very old, rundown, and did not have the best customer service. Their parking situation was atrocious and they wouldn’t serve dinner till 8pm and lunch till 1:30pm. it was located in a noisy neighborhood and you could hear everything outside."
