"Stay at the Oberoi is always amazing. The warm staff, the food, etc. We took the airport pick up from the hotel itself. It was seamless, we were offered a wet towel on our arrival, teh driver was very friendly. Even though guy hr we reached early the staff were kind enough to check us in early. The lunches we had at the Sun bird cafe were really yumm. The masala chai and snacks during tea time were also yumm.

"The property itself is beautiful. We stayed in the adults only lagoon. The day we got there they had emptied the lagoon and were filling it back up so we only got to swim in it the one day. The 4 star review is because of this, the staff when we got there really didn’t care and didn’t offer us anything, just expected us to suck it up even though we paid extra for that room.
On Gill T the only way to get back and forth from the harbour with luggage is by the horses. It sounds cute but it is not!...
