The hotel wasn't overly busy during our stay so we were upgraded to a canal view room. the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with, which probably isn't the hotel's fault but the way they do things in Europe, is one night our room was too cold for our comfort and they told us they couldn't change the thermostat because they were on summer mode. ...

"amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again "

"Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes!
