"4 day young hotel.. brand new. Got it at promo price for a deluxe twin room. Will definitely come back for my next visit to Batam. Only thing didn't get to experience the massage and spa as they were short handed. Otherwise, everything is perfectly fine. "

"The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend.
