"We only stayed one night but we were so impressed. The property is stunning. The restaurants and bars were great giving me London vibes. All of the staff we dealt with from reception to restaurant were fantastic. The room itself was stylish and super clean. We will definately be back next time we visit Southampton."

"The property was clean, had great shower with nice hot water. Lots of extra snacks in room. No elevator, lots of stairs, you are able to keep luggage by checkin in a separate room. Has a great restaurant in it, food was amazing and the staff was friendly. This hotel is Within 5 minutes from cruise port "

"Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked...

"Had to eat earlier than requested because kitchen closed early. Good, though a little expensive, fish and chips. Enjoyed the stay. Room assigned was certainly quirky in a good way. Didn't get chance to drink the complementary beer."
