"We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapa Square, Sapa Market, and plenty of shopping options.
The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean and offers great amenities. We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, relax, and unwind while listening to great music.
We highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel...
"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. The hotel is located in the center of...
"I would like to thank Mayu for exceptional customer service. We are given cool gifts from her. There is also more affordable laundry service that you can opt for. She has helped us to facilitate that. We also requested some eggs so that we can have it after our Fansipan trip. It is great that she actually arrange to give us to our room. Thank so much"
"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...
"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
