"i went for my 22nd birthday and had the most beautiful and amazing time!! staff was so extremely helpful. the resort is kinda far from all the nightlife but there is a bus stop at the bottom of hill near the entrance to the hotel that will take you all around Tenerife for like, 5 euro— although I know party goers and night owls aren’t necessarily the demographic for this hotel, lololol. staff was ridiculously nice too. i felt very welcome!! i will definitely be returning and bringing my...

"We were very impressed with the hotel and it's layout with each pool leading to the next down the slope to the plaza and buffet restaurant. It is well laid out and the 3 bars all had very helpful staff. We had all-inclusive full board and were surprised at the variety of food and which drinks were included in the package."

"Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel."

"Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool.
Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free.
Bed was comfy
Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places.

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither.
