"We really enjoyed our stay. The local town of Narberth is very quaint with plenty of places to eat and unique shopping. Tenby is close by and we used it as a base for a visit to Skomer Island. It seems there are load of local attractions although we only stayed for a few days so didn't get a chance to appraise these. The staff at Canaston are wonderful and the service was excellent. "

"I would love to give this a 5 star review but and I am very sorry that I can't, because for us the stay did not turn out to be what we had hoped. The flat is in a perfect location in the middle of Tenby - bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants all at your doorstep. The beach only a short walk away so it could not be in a better position. Llys-y-fran reservoir from the dam The 200acre reservoir was built between 1968 and 72 to provide water for south Pembrokeshire and the oil industry. Provision was made to increase the capacity of the reservoir if necessary but although this was not done, a few years ago a 20% increase was achieved by raising the levels of the outflows. The reservoir is used for recreational purposes including fishing, boating and walking around the circumference.
