"The staff was really sweet and prepared a little surprise for us on arrival to celebrate our engagement. Everything was really clean, bedding was really nice to sleep in and rooms were big and comfortable. Thanks also to Victor on the bar for the best cocktail recommendations!"

"The breakfast was really delicious."

"Great place to stay"

"Great hotel"

"It’s very nice hotel as a location near of the famous shopping street Grafton, very nice staff and good hospitality, hope at next trip find coffee machine in the rooms "

"Not 5 star but pleasant although lobby and sitting areas and guest rooms are bit dated and tired. Pool wasn’t as nice as the photos shown on expedia and too many screaming children and changing room smelled like a toilet so we passed. Slow service at the bar we had to flag a waiter down. Breakfast buffet average not the best quality. Food in the garden room was good but overall we would not go back it wasn’t relaxing or luxurious also there were too many loud babies and toddlers"
