"Everything was nearly perfect except my room’s AC was not cooling as it should. I did report it but it was late in the day and it wasn’t on time before my departure."

"Magnifique! I don’t have enough adjectives to describe just how outstanding this place is. A gorgeous property with a beautiful pool. Our room excellent. The food delicious. The service friendly and very attentive (maybe too attentive - no need to push our seats in every time we return from the breakfast buffet). But this is not a complaint. "The air conditioning system is older and the thermostat in the room does nothing. We were there during a hot night and had to request a fan. The restaurant is not good at all. They run out of food several times during breakfast and getting a coffee is a chore. You can read other reviews about the dinner service being rude. Definitely not 5 star, OK, but they should adjust their prices."
