The airiness and architectural details set the property apart from others. It was also nice to be able to do a load of laundry. My husband loved the sauna. "

There's a street opposite the train station that feels a little unsettling but we soon discovered other routes to avoid it. "I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
