This is a good hotel if you’re doing a quick Athens stay or have a cruise as many people like myself were using it for both reasons. The offered breakfast has a great selection on the rooftop with a beautiful city view of the sights. "

"Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice, once we upgraded (by paying more) to a better room with acropolis views. Cheaper rooms are ok but rather small and dark. Breakfast was perfectly adequate (the machine coffee was terrible so we ordered proper coffees from the bar, which were charged at 7 euro each. This hasn’t happened to us at this type of hotel before). Restaurant was ok, the view spectacular. Only problem for us was the music, which was very nice (I’d like to get...

"Divani Caravel is very well-located for all the tourism sites of central Athens but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is great, the rooms are well-sized and the roof top pool is a nice facility. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional - they really make you feel like a welcome guest!"

"This property has such a cool vibe with the artistic elements. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage and travel around the city while our room was prepared. When we returned, our luggage had already been placed in the room. Normally we do not eat dinner in our hotels, but we were so tired from traveling that we decided to do it for the convenience. I am glad we did! The food was exceptional!"

Great location, friendly staff, great food/drink, clean (friendly housekeeping staff), incredible front desk staff that made check in and out easy. We walked to the Acropolis one day. Close and easy to find. Next day, hiked up highest peak in Athens. Also easy to get to."
