The hotel itself is stunning modern, clean and beautifully maintain but it’s the staff that truly made our experience unforgettable. A special shout-out to Rose from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable every single day. Her kind nature, attentiveness, and professionalism were unmatched. She truly made us feel like valued guests, not just room numbers. The manager with a fringe on the reception desk omg I just loved her was always smiling and helpful, making sure our dining experiences were top-notch. Her energy and friendliness made every mealtime a joy. We were also impressed by Behram and Attila, who were both incredibly hardworking, respectful, and consistently ready to help. Whether it was assisting by the pool or ensuring our needs were met in the common areas, they delivered exceptional service with a smile. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with great variety, and the entertainment was vibrant and fun for all ages. The pool areas and spa facilities were especially relaxing. "It was a great experience! great environments lots to do lots to eat!! full access to land of levends theme parks and everything in the area, beach access is from 1-4:30pm at Rixo Premium Belek which is another resort by shuttle and access to it's amenities which was great! We had great time overall. Only thing I wish they did was to explain the resort layouts with map, things to do and things that are included and not included upon check in. the place is big and it's very easy to get confused about what you have access to and also part of your all inclusive package. Overall we are pretty happy about our experience and will be returning next time. "
