"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However we had booked a roo. With 4 beds so we got a room with 2 proper beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible which the staff couldn't help at all, so I won't recommend this to anyone. The swimming pool was clean and good how're they have a rule to use swim cap, which wasnt handy"

"Overall the staff were lovely, great selection of amenities available onsite and overall location is amazing. All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night.
