"BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional."

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. "The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "
